Welcome to the Moundsville Business and Cultural District, a progressive group of businesses, organizations and community leaders who have come together to foster continued development throughout the city of Moundsville. Our mission is to promote Moundsville as a destination for shopping, services and the arts, for both local residents and visitors. As a committee of the Moundsville Economic Development Council, and a partner with the City of Moundsville, the Business & Cultural District strives to enhance the business climate and recreational and entertainment opportunities for area residents and visitors.
